We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find details about how we ship, delivery times, costs and returns.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Within the UK

We currently ship across the UK using a tracked service. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If you would like to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us at hello@ofevery.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to postal service issues beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Refunds and Returns Policy.

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return it for an exchange or credit note. Please read the details below before sending anything back.

Returns

Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Returned items should be in their original condition — unused, with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please email us at hello@ofevery.com for approval. Once confirmed, please package the item securely in its original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges and Credit Notes

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note to the value of the item. Please allow up to five (5) working days from receipt for us to process your return. We will confirm by email once it has been completed.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch at hello@ofevery.com and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Sale Items

Please note that all sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
